Why do I keep getting disqualified from Surveys?

Companies pay ShopAtHome for our customer's opinions, which enables us to pass along the Cash Back to you. Sometimes, these companies have specific types of individuals that they are looking to survey. Because of this, customers can be "disqualified" from a survey. While ShopAtHome can not directly control this, we do award our customers 5 cents for every survey that they are disqualified from. Customers may receive up to 5 disqualification credits per day.
